Integrity will provide content (videos, articles and banners) on this site that affiliates can then put on their sites. This content is provided on condition that:
• There is a link from every item of content to the Integrity stores. Each item of content will have a link with it that the affiliates can use.
• Articles are not doctored or changed in any way without written permission from Integrity Music.
• Authors of articles are always credited.
• The content will only be used for the site of the affiliate that has signed up and not passed onto any other parties without written permission of Integrity Music.

• When a web site joins the Clicks with Integrity scheme and becomes an affiliate they will be given a unique tracking code. This code can be put into links from the affiliate's site to any three of Integrity's stores (www.worshipwithintegrity.com, www.gospelwithintegrity.com, www.fusewithintegrity.com). These can be textual links or links from banners, videos, articles or whatever the affiliate wishes to link from.
• In the unlikely event that a visitor clicks through from more than one affiliated site, the commission will be given to the affiliate whom the visitor most recently visited prior to the sale.
• In the unlikely event that a visitor has disabled the cookies on their computer or they delete their cookies, the tracking of sales from that visitor will not be possible (unless the sale is made before the cookies are deleted).
• It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that the tracking code is set up correctly in the links from their site as per the instructions provided when they join. Commission can not be earned on incorrect links.
• Integrity provide a help line for any queries regarding this, upon request we can check that affiliates links are set up properly.

• Whenever a visitor to an affiliate's site clicks through to an Integrity store a cookie will be stored that remembers your affiliate code so that we can track any sales gained from that visitor in a 10 day period from clicking through. The affiliate will get commission on any sale made by that visitor on any of the three Integrity stores in that 10 day period.
• If the same visitor clicks through from the affiliate website subsequent to their first click then the 10 day period will begin again each time they click through.
• The commission earned for affiliates will be 10% (after UK tax). A higher rate can be agreed with affiliates who have proven they can generate substantial traffic and who contact us regarding this.

• Every month Integrity Music will email its affiliates the commission earned the previous month and a cheque will be posted to the affiliate.
• Commission is earned on total order value after UK tax excluding delivery charges. It should be noted that commission is only earned when items orders are despatched, for example if commission is earned on an order for an item that is not yet in stock or on pre-order then commission for that sale will be earned in the month that stock item is physically despatched.
• In the unlikely event a customer returns an item that is refunded and on which commission has been earned then the commission previously earned on that item will be deducted from the affiliate's total.

• Integrity Music reserves the right to refuse to open, or the right to close the account of an affiliate if we feel their site does not support the Christian ethos and ministry of the company or if we believe the affiliate's site does not present us in a good light.
• Commission can only be earned on sales generated through the Integrity UK websites (not the website of Integrity USA).
• Integrity reserves the right to close the account of any affiliate who is suspected of fraudulent activity with regards to their commission.
